Some of the kind words of thanks received from the families I have had the privilege to meet and assist in the creation of the perfect service for their loved one.
It is always humbling to be welcomed into families lives and homes at such a difficult time. It is always an honour knowing I have played a part in making the toughest of days more bearable and that between us we have delivered the most fitting farewell.
Every life is unique.
Every life, however long, is meaningful.
Every life tells a special story.
It would be my privilege to tell your loved one’s story.

It was a great comfort to us both that you were there with us on the day, not only to read our Mum’s wonderful eulogy but to support and guide us through what we knew would be a difficult day for us all. I knew you were the perfect person to give Dan the best send off BUT you were absolutely superb. I acknowledge how difficult it must have been for you, knowing the family, having met Dan and let’s be honest, you couldn’t have more difficult clients than my family! We just wanted it perfect and you exceeded that.You spent so much time listening, reading and researching Dan and it showed, you left us all in awe.Watching you conduct the service, seeing you in total control, comforting the bereaved speakers and making the funeral a celebration of his life, with your words and delivery: helped us as a family begin to heal. At the “after” event everyone wanted to speak to you, thank you & the elderly take your card! (very ironic, as there for the grace of God go I)So many people complimented you on your eloquent words and delivery. My Lord you were brilliant!!!
